What is WhereNow?
WhereNow is a free app that helps you discover concerts, markets, meetups, and local events happening near you right now. Open the app, pick your city, and see what is going on with no account or login required.
Do I need to create an account?
No. WhereNow works without signup or login. You can browse events immediately with no email or personal information required.
Is WhereNow free to use?
Yes. The app is completely free. There are no in-app purchases or premium tiers.
What kind of events does WhereNow show?
WhereNow shows a range of local events: concerts, live music, markets, art shows, meetups, sports, community gatherings, and more. Events are added by organizers and the community.
Does WhereNow track my location?
WhereNow does not use or collect your device location. You choose which city or area to view events for.
How does WhereNow handle my privacy?
We do not collect personal information for accounts, and any technical data we process is hashed and encrypted so it is not traceable. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How can I add or submit an event?
The app includes an option to submit events. Submitted events go through a review process before appearing in the feed. For partnership or bulk submissions, contact us at support@wherenow.ca.
Which cities does WhereNow cover?
WhereNow launches with support for select cities and expands over time. Open the app and check the city selector to see currently supported areas.
