Beloved Newfoundland folk trio The Once return to the Chester Playhouse at last! A modern indie folk trio from Newfoundland, The Once have collected a trio of Canadian Folk Music Awards, numerous ECMA awards, and were named Artist of the Year by the Newfoundland & Labrador Arts Council, earning two JUNO nominations. With 2024's Out Here, the trio (Geraldine Hollett, Andrew Dale, Phil Churchill) delivers songs mingling Newfoundland roots with folk, bluegrass, country, Americana, and modern indie rock.
